Russell's - A restaurant with rooms

A unique blend of style and comfort has been injected into the former headquarters of the world famous furniture designer, Gordon Russell, to give you Russell''s a restaurant with rooms.

The Lygon Arms

The Great Hall is the main dining room at the Lygon Arms in Broadway and provides an impressive yet intimate setting for breakfast and dinner, as well as lunch at weekends. The room's centrepiece is a grand open fireplace. An imposing barrel-vaulted ceiling, 17th century minstrels' gallery, heraldic friezes, suits of armour and polished oak-panelled walls create a truly memorable atmosphere in which to dine.

The menu offers imaginative interpretations of authentic British dishes prepared using classical French techniques. A Michelin star was awarded to the hotel in January 2005 for the innovative cooking. Many of the ingredients are grown and reared locally, including plums from the hotel's own orchards and a wide range of herbs. Originally designed to be a dining room in summer and a ballroom in winter, The Great Hall offers a dramatic backdrop for any occasion.

Sheikhs Indian Restaurant

A visit to Broadway would not be complete without tasting the fine indian cuisine at Sheiks. We have been serving quality Bangladeshi indian food in the heart of the historic cotswold village of Broadway since 1993. From your established indian, tandoori favourites to exquisite house specials every meal is prepared freshly with the finest local ingredients. Sheikhs offers a takeaway service for all locals in Broadway and surrounding areas of the Cotswolds.
